Common questions
What does it cost to use Salabókun?
Searching and booking as a guest is free. The price you see on the venue is the all-in total incl. VAT, exactly what you pay. No hidden fees.
How do time slots work?
Each host decides which time slots their venue is rented in and what each one costs. A slot can be a morning, an evening, a full day or any other stretch of the day. You see the exact hours and price of every slot on the venue page and pay only for the one you book.
When is my card charged?
You pay nothing when you send a request. Your card is saved securely and only charged if the host accepts, at the price locked in when you sent the request. The charge runs on the venue's own payment agreement, so it will not appear as Salabókun on your card statement.
What if the host declines the request?
Then nothing is charged and the card you saved is never used. You can immediately send a request to another venue.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The universal Salabókun cancellation policy applies to every venue and is shown clearly on the venue page before you book, so you know exactly what applies.
Can I view the venue before I book?
Many hosts offer viewings. Send a message through Salabókun to arrange a time. All communication happens in one place.
