Common questions
What does it cost to use Salabókun?
Searching and booking as a guest is free. The price you see on the venue is the all-in total incl. VAT, exactly what you pay. No hidden fees.
How do the four blocks work?
Each venue is rented in blocks: morning, afternoon, evening or full day. Each block is priced separately, so you pay only for the time you need. The host decides which blocks are available at any given time.
When is my card charged?
You pay nothing until the booking is confirmed. If the venue offers instant booking the payment goes through immediately; otherwise your card is only held until the host accepts the request.
What if the host declines the request?
Then nothing is charged and the hold is released automatically. You can immediately send a request to another venue.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The universal Salabókun cancellation policy applies to every venue and is shown clearly on the venue page before you book, so you know exactly what applies.
Can I view the venue before I book?
Many hosts offer viewings. Send a message through Salabókun to arrange a time. All communication happens in one place.
